STEP-BY-STEP SHOPPING WITH 'PINK BLOSSOM PETS':
1. All you need to do to shop with 'Pink Blossom Pets' is to make sure you have a PayPal account and an Email address so that you can shop with us Online.
2. Write the items you'd like, the quantities & any size or colour options available from our Online Shop by putting them in a list in a new email.
3. As soon as you've finished shopping, title your email 'Pink Blossom Pets Order' & send your email to: butterflystud@live.co.uk
4. We will then receive your order, send you a confirmation email and a seperate PayPal Invoice that will include the delivery/postal charge.
5. As soon as you have paid the Invoice, your order will be processed and will arrive with you quickly (see below for delivery details). We will only despatch orders if the payment arrives in our account as 'Cleared' or 'Completed' -we will inform you if your payment marks as uncleared or incomplete.
6. You can cancel your order if you would like to when you have received your Invoice if you decide you don't want to continue with the order. Just email us at: butterflystud@live.co.uk to confirm cancellation. We don't mind!!
Delivery Methods
PARCELFORCE 24: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 days of your order being processed if being delivered by ParcelForce 24. You can make sure you receive your order next day by ordering Monday - Thursday. Orders made on Friday or Saturday will usually arrive on Monday. Orders made on Sunday will usually arrive on Tuesday.
ROYAL MAIL RECORDED: Your order will be delivered with your usual post but will require a signature on arrival. If you place your order before 2pm on a weekday, your order should arrive next day but please allow up to 2 - 5 working days.
We do not accept orders outside of the UK. We charge you the lowest delivery charge that we can possibly offer you!

PH codes 17 to 26, 30 to 44, 49 to 50
All HS codes

TRcodes 21 to 25
All GY and JE codes, orders under 2kg accepted as they fit into normal Royal Mail First Class costs, the same as anywhere else in the UK. No orders over 2kg accepted for GY and JE codes.
